About Me
I'm Amy, a Colorado lover, yogi, lucky wife, proud mama, aspiring green thumb, and dreamer. I am passionate about mental health, relationships, nutrition, and holistic health.
I founded my practice out of a dream to create positive and sustainable change and a holistic approach to mental health treatment.
I have spent the last sixteen years working with individuals, children, and families. I have spent the majority of my professional career working in K-12 education as a Professional School Counselor, 504 Coordinator/Learning Specialist, and Clinical Therapist. My definition of health is vastly different today than it was when I originally started practicing. Today I approach mental health and wellness with a much more holistic lens. I've always had an interest in nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, and movement and their connection to mental health, but it wasn't until I started embracing contemplative medicine and mindfulness in my own life and with my children that I really understood their impact. In addition to my interest in holistic mental health care, I also have a keen interest in diagnosed learning differences such as ADHD, Anxiety, Dyslexia, and executive dysfunction.
Personal
My favorite job is being a mom. When I'm not chasing my three little ones around I enjoy running, yoga, coffee, gardening, and spending time with my husband and our two rescue mutts.
